I just see to it that overpowering greens such as mustard greens, dandelion or kale are added less and that greens with soft tastes such as spinach, Swiss chard, stinging nettles are in the majority. This way I never overpower the taste of the fruit. But you will see that after a while your taste changes and you can drink less sweet smoothies...</description>

		<description>Greens are delivering loads of energy because of the chlorophyll. Soy milk is mostly GMO and absolutely unhealthy. Maple syrup is not raw and I choose to avoid the use of it. Certainly in smoothies. But you are on your way Abdi! Great!</description>
