This is just the start of the raw food tour... and I even haven't discovered all the rest of them. I find it very hard to understand how a city can be addicted to junk food with green choices everywhere... but I can also see how little people know about food and what it does to their body. When even supermarkets are on a green mission, there is a serious problem! I think Mexico might be even worse. What is the cause? Bad education in schools? No food rituals at home? Even if the industry and publicity are powerful, there is so much that can be done within the family. It all starts and ends there... Yes it is so sad!
