You must know by now diets don’t help. On the contrary. Diets help you gain weight once you stop them. Your body gets out of balance and so do you mentally. You can break this endless circle of frustration by going on a raw journey and change your lifestyle.

Will I be hungry?

No, not at all! Raw food is very nutritious, delicious and filling: it will satisfy you, take cravings away, delete your daydreams about food. Your body will detox, reshape itself, find its delicate balance and regulate its own natural weight. You will be refueled with what you need to lose weight, find new energy, mental clarity and gain more self esteem.

You will be proud of yourself, love yourself because you are giving yourself the chance to change and to find your overall balance, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Will I have to count calories?

Raw food nor losing weight is about counting calories. Eating raw is about a lifestyle, eating healthy, feeling better, looking younger, living the life that fits you, finding happiness.

What is much more important than what you will be eating is what you won’t be eating. It is what you leave out of your diet that will cure you, make you feel better and extract weight in a natural way.  Just think of all the refined products you consume, the sugar, flour, pasta. They are perfectly replaceable by delicious healthy options. But you have to know and learn about them. How great would it be to forget about weight loss and only think of how you can get healthy and get rid of all the complaints you are suffering from due to overweight.? Once you can let go of your spinning thoughts you will lose weight much easier.

Some raw foods are more dense than others and you might want to avoid eating them every day. But with the right tricks you can include them into your dishes in a more satisfying way than just eating them on their own.

How can I be sure it will help?

It all starts with the right mindset. Where are you now? What do you want? Where do you want to be in three months, in six months, in nine months, in a year from now? What is your ultimate goal, that most important dream you know of it will make you happy when you make it come true? What is your current weight? Which weight would make you feel better? Which approach works well for you? Can you commit yourself to a one year program or do you prefer working in smaller steps of a few weeks or months? Can you do this on your own or would you like to be guided and supported through this process of becoming raw and healthy? With the right motivation you can accomplish whatever you want!

How will raw food help me?

Raw food isn’t about losing weight but about becoming healthy so your body can find its balance, also the weight that fits you. When you add enough greens to start up a natural detox you will also start losing weight. First of all because you are losing old waste and toxins, second because you will burn fat by feeding yourself the right fats, third because you are replacing dead junk food by alive food. If you decide to go on and raise raw food in your life and become high(er) raw, replacing the foods to avoid by healthy choices, your body will reshape itself. The more raw food you eat in the right combination and proportions, the more effect you will get.

I can help you with my one to one coaching calls and personalized workshops. Depending on your wishes and needs we can dive into the program that fits them the best, on short or longer terms. Our personal calls will be tailored to your thoughts and doubts of that moment. Through several kinds of assignments you will be able to find the causes of your overweight, how to break through stubborn eating patterns and how to reshape your diet and body.

I will teach you how to raise your self esteem by taking good care of yourself. With my experience you can learn how to dress yourself, how to make the right choices for your reshaped body, what kind of style you like and looks great on you, what to look at when you go shopping, how to learn the art of combining so you can get the most out of your new wardrobe , you will gain the self confidence you needed to step into the light and show yourself.
