Workshops

Workshops are a great way to get to know each other in a personal way. I am working on a concept which will be revealed as soon as it is ready to go up. I am looking forward to share my skills and knowledge about raw food with you.

What can you look forward to?

  • If you are new to raw food, I would like to teach you how to start with easy and fast recipes which don’t require special equipment. I want the art of creating delicious meals to be available for everybody who wants a first taste of what raw food can be before investing in expensive tools. It is perfectly possible to keep raw food very simple and yet attractive, beautiful and surprisingly yummy.
  • A common fear when you go raw is leaving out the foods which aren’t good for you but are so obvious because you grew up with them. By replacing them with delicious and very alike alternatives you can overcome this fear and commit to raw food up to the level you want to reach.
  • I would like to grow with you on your raw journey. I am open to suggestions you make to create personally tailored workshops. So feel free to email me if you want a personal workshop to learn you more on certain subjects. If the subject is within my reach, I will be happy to commit myself to it.
  • Another idea I am working with are themes: seasons, holidays, foreign food, techniques… In the past I had Thai food, Japanese, raw bread, raw cheeses,  fermented foods,…
  • And then there is dessert! I love making desserts and I know you would love making them too. So look forward to learning about chocolate, how to make raw pies which will exceed the ones you are buying in the store or how to make your own heavenly raw ice cream.
  • To overcome cravings you will want to learn how to make lovely in between snacks, crunchy chips, crackers, chocolates. You will learn how to replace a cocktail in the evening so you won’t be tempted to go back to alcohol, how to make drinks in the memory of that soft drink you are missing at the start. You won’t have to miss anything with these new skills and dazzle your friends at the party you organised.
  • My workshops will also cover how to set up your raw kitchen, how to learn all about soaking and sprouting, making the elixir of life: Rejuvelac, growing your healing wheat grass inside.

The private, personalized workshops I offer are totally tailored to your own needs. They are meant for you only to learn as much as possible so you can start your raw journey with enough know- how to succeed.
