Juice Fasting
How lovely it is to see how people are enjoying the cleanse of their life. I am saying “life” because after gathering with my group of “juicers” twice to exchange experiences and to inaugurate them into the second phase, I can see how committed and persistent they are in doing this right. They are committed to a deep, life changing cleanse.
I am so proud of those who had tough moments at the beginning but continued! Oh and I am so excited about the ripple effect their juice fast already made in the first days: two men jumped on the boat with their wife! One of them already lost 13 pounds within one week! Isn’t that wonderful?
It is all about the ripple effect. Everything starts with one person; yourself. The way you eat, the way you think, the way you live… it all affects the people around you. If it’s at work where they notice the effect of your lifestyle on you, if it’s at home: you always leave an impression on people by walking your talk and being someone they are looking up to. And so do they on the ones they are surrounded with…
There is no other way that can convince people more to live healthier than being healthy and looking great yourself. Your family, your friends, your colleagues: you can make a difference to their life. Your children see you as their role model, so be one. Be the best one you can give them! You teach everybody around you by being.
Tomorrow is our last meeting and we are entering our last week of three. I am enjoying each time I am taking them to a higher level in their detox. I am inspired by their questions, by their experiences and stories. Each week I am inspired to sharing more knowledge, new ways to remove the toxins according to the phase they are in. It is so exciting!
But what inspires me the most is their amazing growth process. When we started, none of them had ever done a colonic or home enema. Some were even horrified by the idea. Now it has become part of their daily routine. So all I can say is that I am truly proud of my juicy women, who have been removing mental obstacles and moved their limits, decided to cleanse and clear out everything that is holding them back from reaching their goals in health and life.
