Superfoods are foods so full of ancient power that you could survive on them! They have been in use for thousands of years with many peoples and in wise cultures. Finally they are reaching ‘civilization’. They are of great value for our bodies, who are worn out and exhausted from stress and processed, cooked foods. Superfoods help you overcome the issues you are dealing with and upgrade your energy.

They have the ability to increase the energy and life force in your body by boosting the immune system, cleansing and alkalizing your body, improving sexuality and are therefor the best choice to uplift your overall health in a natural way. Amongst the greatest superfoods are the ones provided for free by nature. Eat your weeds and you will refuel your body with the most powerful nutrients ever. Weeds have that wild power because they need to survive in the hardest circumstances, on the hardest spots. Just look at a train track, asphalt where a sprout is cracking through, highways,… Weeds survive pollution, man, industry. Find you wild edibles in the woods, in your backyard. Pick and blend or juice them, throw them in your salads, make lovely tea of them. Those are the true medicines and they are for free!

HOW CAN I ADD SUPERFOODS TO MY DIET?

  • In your daily smoothies
